1. What FinePrint is
FinePrint is an AI-powered contract review tool for freelancers, agencies, and consultants. It scores contracts 0–100, flags risky clauses, and suggests negotiation points.
FinePrint is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Reports are informational only — generated by AI, not reviewed by an attorney. For binding legal decisions, consult a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.
2. Plans and pricing
- Free risk score: one per email address. Shows your 0–100 score and a teaser of the findings.
- Single scan — $5: one full clause-by-clause report for one contract.
- 5-scan pack — $20: five full clause-by-clause reports, usable anytime. Credits never expire.
- Unlimited — $29/month: unlimited scans while your subscription is active. Cancel anytime; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
3. Money-back promise
First paid scan: if your full report doesn't flag a single useful issue, the $5 comes back — no questions asked. Email support@fineprint247.com from the address you used for the scan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse the service (automated bulk scanning, circumventing the one-free-scan-per-email limit, reselling reports).
- Submit content you don't have the right to share, or content that is unlawful.
- Attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the contracts you submit. By using FinePrint you grant us only the limited right to process your contract text to generate your report. We do not store your contract text after the report is generated, and we do not use it to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
FinePrint is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI analysis can miss issues or misread clauses — always review important contracts yourself or with an attorney. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date for 30 days. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
